Prepare your BDEngine plugin for publication. Check compatibility, troubleshoot errors, and submit a version through Dev Studio.

From a local file to a catalog plugin

Local installation lets you test a tool before publishing it. Save a test project, install the file, restart BDEngine, and check normal operations, reopening the interface, and replacing a previous version.

Distribution through the catalog requires a Dev Studio listing and an approved version. While an update is under review, users can still access the previous approved version. Include compatibility information and a description of changes with each release.
